Fine Sand Recycling Machine with an important Part of Desander Cyclone

Desanders are solid control equipment with a set of hydrocyclones that separate sand and silt from the drilling fluidsin drilling rigs. Cyclone desanders are installed on top of the water tank following the shale shaker. Desander removes the abrasive solids from the slurry pump and spray it on the shake screen.
Through rubber pipes sand and water mixture is extracted from cleaning tank into slurry pump. The fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurathane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficientlyseparated through the vibration screen. The waste water will flow back to the return box, through weld chute or pipes flowing to a settling pond.
