Optimize process and achieve efficiency improvement

1. Heat treatment process of linear vibrating screen beam

The upper and lower beams of the linear vibrating screen are uniformly heat treated to eliminate the stress generated by welding inside the beams, thus increasing the service life of the linear vibrating screen.

2. Machining process of linear vibrating screen beam

The upper and lower beams of the linear vibrating screen are uniformly machined at both ends after heat treatment to eliminate the deformation caused by welding between the beams and beam flanges. This ensures that the length of all beams is consistent, making the vibrating screen more accurate, and beams in the same position can be interchanged at will.

3. Polyurethane spraying process inside the equipment

Applicable to sand washing series, screening series, zero-emission system, mobile sand washing station, and modular complete equipment to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

4. Vulcanized rubber inside the pipe

The vulcanized rubber inside the connecting pipes between the equipment can prevent the material from wearing the pipe wall during the flow process and extend the service life of the pipe.

5. Equipment shot blasting process

All equipment in Longzhong is shot blasted to eliminate internal stress and increase equipment service life.
