LZZG Engineering Technology R&D Center and Laboratory Upgrade

The Longzhong Engineering Technology R&D Center was established in 2012 and underwent a major upgrade this year. It consists of three parts: technology research and development, machine testing, and site and material analysis laboratories. We have achieved a major upgrade in staffing, experimental equipment, testing items, and testing methods, striving to achieve ideal recovery rates for customers through rigorous tests and accurate data.

Material analysis experimental equipment

The Engineering Technology R&D Center is equipped with experimental prototypes: an indoor jaw crusher, ball mill, sewage treatment system (filter press, thickener), spiral chute, jig machine, shaking table, etc.

Experimental equipment

Electric blast drying oven, permanent magnetic rod, magnetic heating stirrer, laboratory-grade sonochemical equipment, electric vibrating screen, precision rangefinder, high-precision infrared level, high-precision electronic balance, and other experimental equipment.

Customized technical solutions

Before each research project is launched, the technical team will conduct in-depth discussions on the plan and develop a test plan for each material sample. The unique material properties are fully considered and utilized to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of the plan. The Longzhong Material Analysis Laboratory is fully equipped to support the precise implementation of various large and small test plans.

We also complete a series of tasks from on-site mapping and sampling to material analysis such as material particle size composition, mud content, water content, sewage flocculation, and flocculant selection. The processes and equipment have been innovatively improved and developed based on the actual needs of material selection.
