Malaysian Customers Ordered 600,000 Tons Photovoltaic Sand Processing Line

Recently, a Malaysian customer came to Longzhong for a visit and inspection. The purpose of this visit is to inspect Longzhong’s R&D experiments, process design, and post-production capabilities, and to gain a deeper understanding of Longzhong’s processing and manufacturing capabilities, quality management level, and production stocking capabilities, so as to facilitate subsequent in-depth cooperation. As early as May this year, Longzhong personnel visited Mr. Liao in Malaysia and had preliminary communication on the photovoltaic sand project.

The customers visited Longzhong’s two R&D and production bases and the company’s exhibition hall, which fully demonstrated the company’s sustainable development capabilities in major products, technical features, R&D, and production. Mr. Liao also praised Longzhong’s professional production environment, environmentally friendly production concept, and product quality.

Afterward, the two sides exchanged views on the photovoltaic sand process provided by Longzhong. A comprehensive explanation was given of the project engineering design and working principle, market practice, and management operation. The two sides discussed in depth the key technical aspects of the photovoltaic sand project and conducted in-depth discussions on the innovative technology of Longzhong photovoltaic sand processing, optimized process flow, production process control, product quality measures, and after-sales service system.

Through the comprehensive visit, the customer has reached a cooperation agreement with Longzhong Heavy Industry to sign a 600,000-ton photovoltaic sand production line per year. Next, Longzhong will work closely with the customer regarding products, technology, equipment delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
