Malaysia’s Annual 3 Million Tons Of Sand Washing Production Line

This building materials company is located in Malaysia and chose to cooperate with Longzhong Heavy Industry to build a new sand-washing zero-emission production line with an annual output of 3 million tons in the form of EPC project general contracting. It is now officially put into operation.

During the planning of the sand washing production line, Longzhong engineers stayed on site for a long time to conduct a thorough investigation. The design was customized according to the topography of the plant area, and an intensive and modular design process was adopted to significantly reduce the use of land, belt conveyors, cables, etc.

Sand washing production line advantages

1. The production line is mainly based on wet process. A fully enclosed production plant is built. Micro-mist dust suppression devices are set up at dust-prone points to effectively reduce dust, control escape, and meet the requirements of relevant emission standards.

2. Choosing Longzhong complete set of water-washed sand wastewater treatment system can achieve highly environmentally friendly and low-energy operation, ensure the output of high-quality aggregate machine-made sand, and promote the recycling of water resources and waste.

3. In the later installation phase, the Longzhong Project Department’s service team stayed at the project site for a long time, closely monitored the project progress, and fully served the project construction.
