100 Tons Of Construction Waste Wet Screening Process

The wet screening process of construction waste uses hydraulic flotation to separate impurities accurately, effectively improving the sorting efficiency. Construction waste is waste generated in construction, municipal engineering, and other activities, including construction slag, waste concrete, waste bricks and tiles, waste woo,d and other materials.

1. Feeding

Grate bars are added to the silo to screen out materials and debris larger than 80mm, such as wood, plastic, non-ferrous metals and cables.

2. Screening

A spray system is added to the vibrating screen to screen out particles larger than 30mm. The spray system can initially clean the material.

3. Cleaning

The stone washer is used to clean the material. The overflow enters the de-mediation screen to screen out light materials. After cleaning, the 5-30mm particles enter the grading screen through the chute and are graded into three types of materials: 50-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-30mm.

4. Grading

The overflow of the grading screen enters the fine sand recovery machine through the chute, and the fine particles of 0-2mm and 2-5mm are graded by the cyclone.

5. Tailwater treatment

A large amount of wastewater will be generated during the wet treatment process, and this wastewater must be treated before it can be discharged. Common tailwater treatment methods include sedimentation, filtration, chemical treatment to remove suspended matter, heavy metals, and harmful substances in the water.

Advantages of the construction waste wet screening process

1. Improve sorting efficiency

The wet process uses hydraulic flotation to separate impurities accurately, effectively improving the sorting efficiency.

2. Improve crushing efficiency

The equipment has high crushing efficiency and can quickly process large amounts of construction waste.

3. Reduce dust and noise pollution

The wet sorting process uses water mist to suppress dust diffusion and effectively reduce air pollution. The wet process equipment operates with low noise, providing a quiet atmosphere for the surrounding environment.

4. Reduce equipment wear

Wet process equipment has less wear and tear, effectively reducing equipment maintenance costs.

5. Reduce energy consumption

The wet process has low energy consumption. Save energy consumption.
