[Process Flow]
Stone enter into the ZSW380*96 vibrating feeder through the hopper, and feed it at a uniform speed to PE600*900 jaw crusher, jaw crusher makes the primary crushing to the stone, then transported to PF1214 crusher by belt conveyor for the secondary crushing. Then the crushed materials can get coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand and other specifications of screening by 3YA2460 vibrating screen.

 

Because of the strict requirement to sand powder content, and the requirement of sand with reasonable proportion. LZZG new type LZ30-65 sand washing & recycling machine instead of the traditional sand washing machine. It can not only washing sand, but also can used in desliming, dehydration and recycling fine sand. No pollution to the nature, and higher sand quality.
