600 Tons Per Hour Yellow River Dredging Project

Recently, a Yellow River sand screening and cleaning production line with an hourly output of 600 tons was officially put into operation. For this project, Longzhong provided technical transformation and upgrading solutions and EPC general contracting services, which improved the overall benefits by 50%.

The raw materials on site are mostly ultra-fine sand. The equipment previously used by the customer had high mud content in the finished sand, insufficient production capacity, and a high failure rate. To solve these problems, the customer found Longzhong. After learning about Longzhong’s solutions and equipment in detail, the customer was very satisfied with both the quality and cost, so he decided to transform the existing production line.

Project process and equipment upgrade

Longzhong sent technical personnel to the site to investigate and understand the situation. Based on customer needs, Longzhong provides customers with customized technology upgrade solutions through material particle size analysis and original production line process flow. The core of the production line transformation is equipment upgrade. The customer finally chose Longzhong’s main products, including FX series ceramic cyclones, WGT series new drums, XSD series wheel sand washers, ZSD series linear vibrating screens, slurry pumps, and other equipment.

In operation

Since the production line was put into operation, the equipment performance has been stable, the finished sand has a clean surface, good sensory properties, excellent quality, and low mud (powder) content. It can meet the market demand for high-standard aggregates, and customers are satisfied. At present, the technical transformation plan has been implemented smoothly, the production line has maintained a good operating condition, and continues to create value for customers in a stable manner.
