GP tailings dewatering screen profit analysis

Vanadium mine in Shangqiu city the tailings is as high as 500t per day, concentration is 25%, fines

around 100mesh is 70%, using GP tailings dewatering screen can extract 95% dry mine, after

dewatering and screening the tailings water cotent is below 20%. Recycled tailings can be used as

construction materials; water can be recycled, no need to build tailings pond.

Processing 2000t/d tailings, after dehydrating, recycled tailings and small content water is aroud

900t, rest 1100t water can be recycled (water price is RMB0.8/t, 1100*0.8=880yuan per day, if runs

for 300 days a year, 880*300=264000yuan=USD44000).

 

Discharged fines is around 475t per day, RMB10/t, runs for 300 days a year:

475*10*300=1425000yuan=USD237,500

 

The whole invest of 500t Vanadium mine totaly invest is only around RMB500,000 =USD83,300
