Limestone Production Line with An Annual Output of 3 Million Tons
A cement plant in Jiangxi Province uses limestone mines as raw materials to produce ordinary Portland cement clinker. The annual output is required to be 3 million tons, 1.2 million tons of machine-made sand, 150,000 tons of stone powder, and the output of the machine-made sand table is 2*100t/h.
1. Technological design
A.Crushing system
The first-stage crushing adopts the hammer crusher, the feeding particle size is less than or equal to 1000mm, the discharging particle size is less than or equal to 31.5mm, accounting for 70%, and the crushing capacity is 1000t/h.
The secondary crushing adopts an impact crusher, which is used to crush the primary crushing material. Feed particle size ≤ 800mm, discharge particle size ≤ 31.5mm90%, crushing capacity: 600t/h.
B. Screening and conveying systems
The content of mountain soil and rock crevice soil in the raw materials is relatively high, and a desilting process must be adopted.
C.Main equipment of production line
The equipment of hammer crusher + impact crusher is adopted.
2. Production line process
A. The limestone is fed into the first-level single-stage hammer crusher or heavy hammer counterattack crusher by the feeder. According to the mud content of the raw material, the leakage material can be selected to enter the desilting screening system or the crusher discharge belt conveyor.
B. The crushed materials are sent to the primary screening system through the belt conveyor. The screening system is equipped with two double-layer vibrating screens with sieve holes of 31.5/20mm. After sieving, the aggregate with particle size > 31.5mm is sent back to the secondary impact crusher by the belt conveyor. Materials with particle size <31.5mm are sent to the secondary screening system. The primary screening system is equipped with a centralized dust collection system.
C. The 0~31.5mm unclassified materials are sent to the secondary screening system through the belt conveyor. The system is equipped with two sets of three-layer vibrating screens with sieve holes of 20/10/5mm. After sieving, the aggregates with particle sizes of 5~10mm, 10~20mm, and 20~31.5mm are respectively sent to the Φ12m finished product round warehouse by their respective belt conveyors for storage. Aggregates of 0~5 and 5~10mm can be directly fed into the machine-made sand system by the belt conveyor.
D. The aggregates of 0~5 and 5~10 are sent to the V-type powder separator by the belt conveyor, and the particles larger than 1.18~5mm are sorted into the sand-making machine. The 0~0.075mm fine powder sorted by the cyclone is sent to the finished powder bin by the FU chain conveyor.
E. Machine-made sand finished products, powder storage, and bulk shipment at the bottom of the warehouse.
