The mountain sand crushing production line can produce two kinds of materials of stone and sand. Plan description: After cone crushing or counterattack crushing, multi-layer screens are arranged. After screening and grading the finished stones and sand, they are discharged and stored separately.

Plan two: three-stage crushing

Will make the output of stones slightly lower, and the output of sand is higher. It is also possible to configure a vibrating screen before and after the sand-making machine equipment, which can increase the output of stones and maintain the balance between stone production and sand production.

Plan three: Mobile crushing

Finished product specifications: 0-5，5-10，10-20，20-30mm

Advantages: The crushing and discharging of the mobile production line are the same as the plan one. Due to the high mobility and mobile operation, the purchase cost is relatively high, but the construction cost is basically zero, and the factory can be built with one machine, which is green and environmentally friendly.

Plan description: The principle is the same as that of the first scheme, and a belt conveyor needs to be added at the discharge port where the rocks or sand are discharged from the vibrating screen to realize the graded transfer of materials.
