The sand washing machine is an important part of the machine-made sand production line. Failure of the motor will affect the production volume of the entire production line.

The stator and rotor core fault inspection and repair

The stator and rotor are made of mutually insulated silicon steel sheets, which are the magnetic circuit part of the motor. The damage and deformation of the stator and rotor cores are mainly caused by the following reasons. The damage and deformation of the stator and rotor cores are mainly caused by the following reasons.

A.Excessive wear of the bearing or poor assembly causes the stator and rotor to rub against each other, causing damage to the surface of the iron core, which in turn causes a short circuit between the silicon steel sheets, increasing the iron loss of the motor, and causes the motor to rise too high. At this time, use tools such as fine files to remove burrs, eliminate the short circuit of the silicon steel sheets, clean them up, apply insulating paint, and heat and dry them.

1. Excessive force is used when removing the old winding, causing the stealing slot to be skewed and open outward. Use tools such as needle-nosed pliers and wooden hammers to trim them to reset the tooth slot. Add hard insulating materials such as green shell paper and bakelite between the silicon steel sheets with gaps that are difficult to reset.

2. Rust on the surface of the iron core due to moisture. It needs to be polished and cleaned with sandpaper and then coated with insulating paint.

3. High heat is generated to burn the iron core slot or teeth. The deposits can be removed cleanly with tools such as chisels or scrapers, and then coated with insulating paint and dried.

4. The connection between the iron core and the base is loose, and the original positioning screws can be tightened. If the positioning screw fails, re-drill and tap the positioning hole on the machine base and tighten the positioning screw.
