Singapore Fracturing Sand Production Line Put Into Operation

Recently, Singapore’s 50-ton-per-hour fracturing sand screening, cleaning, and tailwater treatment production line constructed by Longzhong was installed and debugged and will soon be put into production.

Project Overview

Raw material: Frac Sand

Hourly output: 50 tons

Production line process: feed crushing, screening and impurity removal, scrubbing and desludging, secondary cleaning, dehydration and drying, fine screening, and tailwater recovery and reuse.

Longzhong built the production line. The sand output is about 50 t/h, the sewage volume is about 200 t/h, and the mud volume is about 12-15t/h. The screening, impurity removal, water washing, and tail water treatment are important parts of the oilfield fracturing sand production process. The entire production line fully considers the geographical location and material characteristics of the site, and the reasonable process design has been highly praised by customers.

With the continuous increase in demand for oil and gas at home and abroad, the difficulty of oil and gas extraction is increasing in the face of high-density and low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs. The using of fracturing technology can effectively develop high-density and low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs and achieve the goal of increasing oil and gas production.
