The 350t/h Sand Washing Plant Project in Indonesia

The environmentally friendly sand washing sewage treatment project with an output of 350 tons per hour built by Longzhong for a building materials company in Indonesia has been fully installed and constructed and has been officially put into operation.

The project integrates screening, sand washing and sewage treatment. Each link adopts a fully enclosed structure, and dust collection pipes are arranged at dust points throughout the system to avoid dust spillage and achieve environmentally friendly production.

The advantages of this sand washing project

1. The crushed cobblestone machine-made sand is processed through screening, cleaning, dehydration, and recycling to produce finished materials with complete specifications, which can be used for local infrastructure construction.

2. The zero-discharge sewage system can recycle and purify fine sand, sludge, and clean water in the tail water of the production line for reuse. The entire process does not discharge any waste.
